Order and payment confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is placed and the payment is verified. Once the payment is verified, the order cannot be cancelled or change. However, we will do our best to support your request. We strive to get your orders out as soon as we can. If you have yet to receive a confirmation after 2 working days, please check your junk mail and reach out to us as soon as you can. You will also receive an email or message once the item is on it's way to you. 

Shipping (Singapore)

Complimentary shipping for orders above S$80.00, 3-5 working days.

Standard Shipping S$8.00, no minimum spending required. 3-5 working days.

Next-Day Express Delivery S$18.00, no minimum spending required. 

Re-delivery fee*: S$18.00

Confirmation and payment of the Re-delivery fee must be made and items will be dispatched the next day. 

Please indicate in the notes section if you are getting it for someone else. Kindly provide your contact number and the receiver's contact number, in the event we are not able to reach anyone.

To minimise missing or damaged items, the parcel should be received by someone. Unless instructed, we avoid leaving the parcel at the doorstep. If you chose to have the parcel placed at the doorstep, please note that we are not responsible for any damage, missing items. 

*In the event of a failed delivery, a redelivery fee will be charged at $18.00

International Shipping

We ship to most destinations around the world! All international shipping comes with a Tracking number.

We encourage you to check with your country's custom before ordering and we are not responsible for any custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. 

Complimentary International Shipping for orders above S$150.00, 7-14 working days.

Standard International Shipping for Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, S$10.00, 7-14 working days .

Standard International Shipping for all other countries, S$20.00, takes 7-14 working days.

Change of delivery address

For a change of delivery address request, do contact us immediately. We accept changes as long as the order is still not dispatched.


Returns

We don't generally accept returns for change of mind, however, if there is anything that you are not satisfied with upon receiving your items, please contact us immediately.

Lè quality guaranteed

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us from the day you received it. 

Eg, Torn swaddles, Musical toy not working. Please send a photo or video of the faulty item to contact@leboutiquesg, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

In the event that the claim is successful, damaged items will be pick up or the customer will be required to pre-pay the return shipping. We will reimburse you upon a successful claim. Upon return receipt of items, we will process your claim within 7 working days.

Once the claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) a refund in-store credit

(b) a replacement item sent to you at no cost (if stock is available)

All items that come in their own box and must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. When returning by mail, please make sure to return the box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.

Leboutiquesg reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
