These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

Order and payment confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is placed and the payment is verified. Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change. However, we will do our best to support your request. We strive to get your orders out as soon as we can. Normally, you will receive your parcel in 3-5 business days from the date you received the order confirmation. If you have yet to receive any confirmation after 2 working days, please check your junk mail and reach out to us as soon as you can. You will also receive an email or message on the same day your item leaves the warehouse. 

Local Islandwide Shipping

Complimentary: Orders above S$80.00, takes 3-5 working days

Standard shipping: No min. spending. Flat fee S$8.00, takes 3-5 working days

Express shipping: No min. spending. Flat fee S$18, next day or same-day delivery*

*Same day delivery is only applicable for orders placed before 1500 hrs (GMT +8). Orders received later than that will be dispatched within the day.

Re-delivery fee: Flat fee S$18.00, same day or next day delivery

  • Confirmation and payment of the Re-delivery fee must be made before 1500 hrs (GMT +8). Items will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, the next day

Please indicate in the notes section if you are getting it for someone else. Kindly provide your number, along with the receiver number in the event we are not able to reach anyone.

To minimise missing or damaged items, the parcel should be received by the receiver or placed somewhere safe. Unless instructed by the customer, we avoid leaving the parcel at the doorstep. If you chose to have the parcel placed at the doorstep, we are not responsible for any damage, missing items. In the event of a failed delivery, a redelivery fee will be charged at $18.00

International Shipping

We ship to most destinations around the world! Please note that the tracking number will be provided upon payment verification. We encourage you to check with your country's custom before ordering and we are not responsible for any customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. 

We currently ship to these various countries,

  • Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan, S.Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom. 

Complimentary International Shipping with Tracking number: Orders above S$150.00, takes 7-14 working days

Standard International Shipping with Tracking number for Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand: No min. spending. Flat fee S$10.00, takes 7-14 working days 

Standard International Shipping with Tracking number for all other countriesNo min. spending. Flat fee S$18.00, takes 7-14 working days

Change of delivery address/ delivery time exceeded

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please reach out to us.

 

Returns

We don't generally accept returns for change of mind, however, if there is anything at all that you are not satisfied with on receiving your order, please contact us immediately.

Lè quality guarantee

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 3 days from the day you received it.

Eg, Torn swaddles, Musical toy not working. Please send a photo or video of the faulty item along with the receipt to: contact@leboutiquesg, and we will reach out to you as soon as we can.

In the event the claim is successful, damaged items will be pick up or the customer will be required to pre-pay the return shipping. We will reimburse you upon a successful claim. Upon return receipt of items, we will process your claim within 7 working days.

Once the  claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in-store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

 

All items that come in their own box, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. When returning by mail, please make sure to return the box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.

Lèboutiquesg reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
