What is the currency shown on the website?


We are based in Singapore, hence all prices are based on SGD.




How do i key in a discount code?


For purchase made via www.leboutiquesg.com, please key in the discount code before payment. For purchase made via other social platforms, please provide us with your discount code before payment.




Can i have 3 of the same swaddle design in a gift set?


Unfortunately, that is not possible. However, you can purchase them separately and we can arrange to have them packed together!




Where do i indicate my preferred swaddle choice / book / toy?


Please leave a note on the checkout page indicating your preferred swaddle choice and accompaniment ( only applicable to certain gift set ). If you missed that out, kindly contact us at contact@leboutiquesg.com.




I added the gift card and wrapping. Can i leave the gift unwrap?


Absolutely! Please leave a note on the checkout page if you want it to be unwrapped.




Can i order and make payment via Instagram?


Absolutely! Please DM us the item that you are getting, and we will follow up from there. Payment mode will be done via Paylah! or Bank transfer.




Can i use multiple promotional code?


Only one promotional code can be applied each time. If you wish to fully utilise all your promotional code, please cart them out seperately.

How much does the shipping cost?

Is there a tracking number for my order?


Unfortuantely, we do not use commercial shipping services, hence we are not able to provide a tracking number. However, rest assured that you will receive an email/message once your orders are sent out.




Do you accept refunds?


We generally do not accept returns or change of mind, however, if there is anything at all that you are not satisfied with on receiving your order, please contact us immediately.

When will i receive the order confirmation?


Once your payment has been verified, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have yet to receive any confirmation after 2 working days, please check your junk mail and reach out to us as soon as you can.

Can i change my mind?


For change of mind requests, we can do it any time before the items are sent out. Please reach out to us at contact@leboutiquesg.com as soon as you can with a copy of your receipt. If you change your mind after receiving the item, please have a look at our Shipping and returns policy.




The item i am interested in is OOS, when will the new stocks be arriving?


For Launch Limited Edition items, we will not be bringing in more once we are out of it, so fastest fingers first!! We will stock popular items regularly, so let us know what you like! If there's something that you have been eyeing, drop us an email and we will see what we can do!

How do i purchase Lè E-Gift cards?


You can purchase Lè E-Gift cards online via our website or directly via Instagram / Facebook.




Can i purchase multiple Lè E-gift cards in one transaction?


Unless it is for the same person, we recommend seperate transactions.




Do i have to pay for shipping fees or any other charges?


No. You will only be charged the value that is indicated on the Lè E-gift card that you have chosen.




What can i purchase using Lè E-Gift card?


Lè E-Gift card can only be used for products listed in www.leboutiquesg.com and not any other purpose. Eg, Shipping or purchasing another gift card.




Can i choose a specific value for the Lè E-Gift card?


At the moment, we offer S$50,S$80 and $120. Kindly reach out to us at www.leboutiquesg.com if you would like to purchase a specific value. Minimum value starts at S$50, and It must be rounded up to the nearest whole number.




How long till the Lè E-Gift card expires?


Lè E-Gift card is valid for 12months from the date of issue.
